Step 1: Select Type Choose whether you want a BOM for a Part or an Assembly

Step 2: Select Document Pick from your document history using the dropdown search

Step 3: View BOM See the complete list of parts and quantities

Dropdown Search Type to filter documents by part number or name

Back Button Return to type selection (Part/Assembly) to start over

Item # Sequential number for each line item

Part Number Unique identifier for each component

Part Name Description of the component

Quantity Number of units required

ALT Parts Section Appears when alternatives are available for any parts in the BOM

Use ALT Button Temporarily replaces primary part with alternative in the BOM table above

Restore Button Changes back to the primary part (appears after using ALT)

Highlighted Rows Yellow background shows which parts are using alternatives

Export as PDF Download BOM as formatted PDF document

Export as CSV Download as spreadsheet-compatible CSV file

Print Open browser print dialog for direct printing

• BOM shows all nested parts from assemblies

• Quantities multiply through assembly levels

• Alternative parts don't affect exports until activated

• Table is scrollable for large BOMs
